Standard contract
All Rebex components include:
- Royalty free redistribution
- 90 days money back guarantee (exl. source code editions)
- 1 year support contract (major/minor updates + priority support)
Support contract renewals
Purchase if your initial support contract has expired and you want to:
Upgrades to higher edition
Upgrade paths:
- Upgrade to higher edition of the same component (e.g. from Mail to Secure Mail)
- Upgrade from binary to source code edition (e.g. from FTP to FTP + src)
- Upgrade from single component to component pack (e.g. from FTP to File Transfer Pack)
- Upgrade to higher license count (e.g. from single developer to company license)
- Check available upgrade paths
Pricing:
- Within 90 days after the original purchase: pay price difference only
- Support contract is active or support contract expired less than 30 days ago: purchase with 40% discount
- All other situations: purchase with 15% discount

Competitive upgrade
Pricing:
- 15% discount if you paid between $100 and $500 for the competing product.
- 20% discount if you paid between $501 and $1000 for the competing product.
- 30% discount if you paid over $1001 for the competing product.
Qualifying requirements for the competitive upgrade:
- The competing product must have been purchased in the last 18 months.
- The competing product must be of the same category (file transfer component, email component, etc.).
- You must purchase an equal or greater number of Rebex licenses.
- You must deliver to Rebex your invoice listing the competing products, quantity, date.
- The competitive upgrade rebate is not available through resellers.
- The competitive upgrade rebate cannot be combined with other special offers.
To apply, send us a proof of the purchase (such
as a scanned invoice). If you qualify you will receive a rebate coupon that you
can immediately use to purchase your products online.
Upgrades are not available through resellers.
