Subscription renewals

Purchase if your initial subscription has expired and you want to:

• Get another 1 year of major/minor updates
• Get another 1 year of priority support
• Get the renewal for 1/3 of full license price
• Contact us to renew your subscription

Upgrades to higher edition

Upgrade paths:

• Upgrade to higher edition of the same component (e.g. from Mail to Secure Mail)
• Upgrade from binary to source code edition (e.g. from FTP to FTP + src)
• Upgrade from single component to component pack (e.g. from FTP to File Transfer Pack)

Pricing:

• Within 30 days after the initial purchase: pay price difference only
• After 30 days: purchase with 15% discount
