Ftp.BeginRename Method

Renames a file on the server.

public IAsyncResult BeginRename(
   string fromPath,
   string toPath,
   AsyncCallback callback,
   object state
);

Parameters

fromPath: The pathname of the remote file to be renamed.
toPath: The pathname to rename the file to.
callback: An optional asynchronous callback to be called when the operation is complete.
state: A user-provided object that identifies this particular asynchronous operation.

Return Value

An IAsyncResult that references the asynchronous operation.

Remarks

Represents FTP RNFR/RNTO command pair.
