SetNamedGroups(TlsNamedGroup[])

Sets allowed named groups, in order of preference, for TLS 1.3.

ArgumentNullException

The namedGroups is null.
ArgumentException

The namedGroups array contains null (Nothing in VB) item or the namedGroups array has duplicates.
